Free NZ shipping on all orders $75 and over.
Flat rate within New Zealand of $6 for orders $74.99 and under.
There are no additional charges for rural delivery.
Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Please note we do not send to PO Boxes as we ship via courier. We also do not offer pick ups.
Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $18. This is untracked and unregistered. If you would like to arrange tracking, please contact us before you place your order and we can advise on costs. Any customs or duty charges are at the buyer's expense.
Shipping to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $35. This is untracked and unregistered. If you would like to arrange tracking, please contact us before you place your order and we can advise on costs. Any customs or duty charges are at the buyer's expense.
For items that are in stock - we aim to get all items shipped within 1 -2 business days of payment clearing.
For items that are on preorder - we will get them shipped as soon as we possibly can once they have arrived and have been checked. We will be in touch to let you know when the items have shipped.
Once we've shipped, you’re at the mercy of the courier! However, we do aim for 1 – 2 days delivery within NZ once shipped (rural delivery can take longer). International delivery is 3 - 10 days. We are based in Hamilton, New Zealand.
All our packages are shipped using compostable bags. These are 100% made from plants and can be composted at home. Please remove all courier ticket labels and the non toxic adhesive glue strip prior to composting. You can read more information about the compostable bags here.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, therefore we offer a refund, exchange or store credit on full price purchases within 10 days of receiving the item.
There are no refunds, exchanges or store credit given on sale items except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Refunds where the original purchase was made via Laybuy or Oxipay, will incur a 10% administration fee.
Any items returned must be unwashed, unused and in their original packaging in the same saleable condition they were sent to you in. Please note our Love Luna and My Cup products are all final sale only due to the nature of the products.

Returns are to be shipped at your expense and must be done so with a signature required as we are not responsible for any returned items lost in the post. Once received, we will process your refund, exchange or store credit. When you send your item, please include your contact details, order number and whether you would like a refund, exchange or store credit. Please do not ship any items for return without contacting us first.
Please note that if items were eligible for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from any refund due.
