Lactation Brookies (brownie cookies)

This incredible recipe is brought to you by Jess Gray from Miss Gray Souffle.  The perfect way to utilise lactation blend into something moreish and delicious!

Ingredients

250g Whittaker’s 50% Chocolate
60g butter
1/2 cup Mammas Milk Bar Lactation Blend
2 large eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
pinch of salt

Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth

Whisk eggs and sugar together until slightly creamy, a minute or so

Fold the melted butter and chocolate into the egg mixture

Mix in flour, lactation blend  and pinch of sold

Dollop mixture or roll into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Bake at 180C Fan Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the top just starts to crack and is firm to the touch. The centre will be slightly soft still.
